Product Summary
The ADG212AKRZ is a monolithic CMOS device comprising four independently selectable switches. The ADG212AKRZ is designed on an enhanced LC2MOS process which gives an incresed signal handling capability of ±15V. The switch also features high switching speeds and low RON. The ADG212AKRZ consists of four SPST switches. In multiplexer applications, all switches exhibit break-before-make switching action when driven simultaneously. Inherent in the design is low charge injuction for minimum transients when switching the digital inputs.
