Product Summary
The LM311M is a monolithic, low input current voltage comparator. The LM311M is also designed to operate from dual or single supply voltage. The LM311M is operated at the condition of 0 ~ +70℃. The LM311M is voltage comparators that have input currents nearly a thousand times lower than devices like the LM106 or LM710. The device is also designed to operate over a wider range of supply voltages: from standard -5V op amp supplies down to the single 5V supply used for IC logic.
