The LTC1275BCSW#TR is a 300ksps, sampling 12-bit A/D converter that draws only 75mW from single 5V or ±5V supplies. The easy-to-use device comes complete with 600ns sample-and-holds, precision references and internally trimmed clocks. Unipolar and bipolar conversion modes provide flexibility for various applications. The device is built with LTBiCMOS switched capacitor technology.
