The MIC29500-3.3BT is a high current, high accuracy, low dropout voltage regulator. Using Micrel proprietary Super eta PNP process with a PNP pass element, the MIC29500-3.3BT features 350mV to 425mV (full load)typical dropout voltages and very low ground current. Designed for high current loads, these devices also find applications in lower current, extremely low dropout critical systems, where their tiny dropout voltage and ground current values are important attributes. The MIC29500-3.3BT applications are: (1)Battery powered equipment; (2)High efficiency Green computer systems; (3)Automotive electronics; (4)High efficiency linear lower supplies; (5)High efficiency lost regulator for switching supply.
