Product Summary
The MIC5236YMM is a low quiescent current, μCap low-dropout regulator. With a maximum operating input voltage of 30V and a quiescent current of 20uA, it is ideal for supplying keep-alive power in systems with high-voltage batteries. Capable of 150mA output, the MIC5236YMM has a dropout voltage of only 300mV. It can also survive an input transient of -20V to +60V. The MIC5236YMM applications are: (1)Keep alive supply in notebook and portable personal computers; (2)Logic supply from high voltage batteries; (3)Automotive electronics; (4)Battery powered systems.
