Product Summary

The MIC44F19YML is a highspeed single MOSFET driver capable of sinking and sourcing 6A for driving capacitive loads. With delay times of less than 15ns and rise times into a 1000pF load of 10ns, the MOSFET driver is ideal for driving large gate charge MOSFET in power supply applications. The MIC44F19 is an inverting driver suited for driving PChannel MOSFET. Fabricated using Micrel’s proprietary BiCMOS/DMOS process for low power consumption and high efficiency, the MIC44F19YML translates TTL or CMOS input logic levels to output voltage levels that swing within 25mV of the positive supply or ground. The applications of the MIC44F19YML include Synchronous switch-mode power supplies, Secondary side synchronous rectification.
